A fantastic opportunity for aWorkday UK Benefits & Compensation Specialistto join a phenomenal Global Workday Customer.
The ideal individual will have worked with both Workday UK Benefits & Workday Core Compensation for the past 3 Years. Strong configuration required with Both modules.
Position:Workday Benefits & Compensation Specialist Employment Type:Full Time, Permanent Start Date:ASAP Location:UK – 100% Remote Working Salary:£70,000 - £80,000 Base Salary PLUS Bonus & great Benefits package

Skills & Experience Required:▪️ 3+ Years Experience with Workday UK Benefits & Workday Core/Advanced Compensation ▪️ Workday Training/Fundamentals/Pro/SI Certifications advantageous ▪️ Strong Configuration experience required ▪️ A true passion to be a Comp/Bens specialist in the Workday ecosystem ▪️ Excellent Stakeholder communication skills – the ability to change approach, face off to some challenging stakeholders, work alongside the business to see maximum gain from the system ▪️ BAU/Post Go-live support, optimisation, new features, releases required
