Bec Hardgrave, from Brisbane, showed how to make her low calorie scones in the air fryer with a mixture of just flour, lemonade and cream in a video posted to Instagram.
Topped with raspberry jam and light cream, the fitness coach said the 'light, fluffy and delicious' scones are only 120 calories and perfect for Mother's Day.

Bec starts by sifting self-raising flour into a bowl, creating a well then she adds self-raising flour and light thickened cream and mixes to create a dough.
She rolled the dough out onto a floured bench then cut them into shape using a cup.
Bec then places the scones in her airfryer at 180 degrees for 12 minutes or until they are golden brown on top.

The health coach's clip drew in dozens of comments from people keen to try the recipe for themselves and sharing their own baking tips.
'You can also change the lemonade for soda water, they are so nice,' one fan suggested.
'Don’t twist when cutting scones as they don’t rise like they should,' a second recommended while another responded: 'And also if you bake a few at once and have them touching slightly they help each other raise!'
Recipe: How to make Bec's three-ingredient 120 calorie scones
Ingredients:
240g self-raising flour with a little bit extra for dusting the bench
150ml sugar-free lemonade
150ml light thickened cram
Raspberry jam to serve
Method:
1. Sift the flour into a bowl, create a well for the wet ingredients, add the lemonade and cream and mix to create a dough
2.Roll the dough onto a floured bench and cut them into shape
3. Place them in the airfryer at 180 degrees for 12 minutes until they are golden brown
4. Serve with a dollop of cream and raspberry jam

Bec has gained a loyal following of more than 90,100 followers on Instagram and 81,400 on TikTok for sharing videos of easy and healthy recipes.
Previously, she revealed how to make her guilt-free 425 calorie eggs benedict.
To create the breakfast classic Bec first placed 60g of short-cut bacon inside the oven to cook until golden.

She then dropped two eggs into a pot of boiling water to poach and while they cooked she toasted an English muffin.
Once toasted Bec placed the halves onto a plate and put a handful of baby spinach on each slice before placing one slice of cooked bacon on top of each and a perfectly poached egg on top.
To finish, Bec drizzled 40g of Hollandaise sauce by Masterfoods over her poached eggs to enjoy.

How to make healthy eggs benedict:
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tip Top English muffin
- 60g Short-cut bacon
- 30g Baby spinach
- 40g Masterfoods hollandaise sauce
Method:
- Place 60 grams of short-cut bacon on a rack inside the oven to cook until golden.
- Drop two eggs into a pot of boiling water to poach them and while they cook toast one English muffin.
- Place the toasted muffin halves onto a plate and put a handful of baby spinach on each slice.
- Putone slice of cooked bacon on top of each muffin and sit a perfectly poached egg on top.
- Drizzle 40 grams of Hollandaise sauce by Masterfoods all over the poached eggs to enjoy.

'It is so easy and simple to do and the perfect cafe-style breakfast to have at home,' the health coach said.
She posted the easy-to-make recipe to social media where many foodies have shared their thoughts on the healthy breakfast classic.
'BRB I am making this as soon as possible,' one foodie wrote.
'Shhh don't tell the secret all the hollandaise at the shops will run out,' another wrote.
'Loos so delicious! So perfect for a Sunday morning,' a third wrote.
