PEOPLE 4 The Island Packet Monday June 25 2001 Thanks or efforts On behalf of the entire Hilton Head Baseball Association the board of directors thanks every body in our community who made it possible for hundreds of young sters to enjoy another wonderful spring of baseball Our volunteer coaches players parents umpires the Beaufort County Parks and Leisure Services staff sponsors and volunteers enable us to continue having one of the best youth base ball programs anywhere Our summer traveling All Star teams are about to get under way and we're fortunate to be holding tournaments in minors majors and Dixie Boys at The Crossings Park We invite everyone to come out and support our local teams while enjoying great baseball Game times will be announced in upcoming issues of The Packet sports section with play running June 29 through mid July all Ball is just around the cor ner!
